Applicants screening includes standard background and credit checks, along with past rental history. Screens can be completed in minutes allowing us to place qualified applicants quickly.
MAINTENANCE & INSPECTIONS
We handle maintenance issues 24/7 with the help of our after hours answering service and online portal. We will work with an owner if they want to use their own contractor. We will schedule an inspection of the property as requested by the owner.
ACCOUNTING & BOOKKEEPING
Our computerized reports will accurately track all transactions. Owner statement will be available online or can be emailed to you. Bills are paid on time and reports will be easy for your accountant to prepare your tax forms, IRS 1099 forms are handled for owners.
TENANT MOVE OUT
When it's time for a tenant to move out, we'll take care of all move-out procedures including final inspections, security deposit returns, and turnover maintenance.
