In 1967, Grosse & Quade Associates in Lansdale began providing property management services to local investment property owners. In the 50 plus years since then, our company has grown to be one of the larger residential property management, rentals, and HOA firms in the Delaware Valley. Today, Grosse & Quade Management Company provides professional property management for over 2,400 units, with the majority of our rental units being in the Montgomery and Bucks County (Pennsylvania) areas. We are a family owned business with a dynamic team and vision to provide the best service to our owners and residents.
